Cornelia A. Hydock (nee Bierbower), 78, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 31, 2019 at Mercy Regional Medical Center. Born September 27, 1940, to William and Margaret Bierbower in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Cornelia moved to the Lorain county area with her family in 1942. There she graduated from Elyria High School in 1958.

She loved her grandchildren and traveling with her son, Kurt, as well as her crossword puzzles.

Surviving are her children, Mark (Gina) Pasenow and Shelly Pasenow; grandchildren, Tara, Michael, Steven, Brittaney, Ron, Alexis, Katelyn and Terrell and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rudolph Pasenow; second husband, Michael Hydock; son, Kurt Pasenow; parents, William and Margaret Bierbower and brother, Bruce Bierbower.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 7, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
