 Beverly "Peg" Roberts (nee Denger) 77 years old of Elyria passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain, Ohio.
Peg was born on July 18, 1939 in Elyria and lived here all of her life. She was retired from the VFW, Post 1079 and was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary, the Elyria Moose Lodge, Am Vets Post 32, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the United Polish Club. She loved crossword puzzles and was an avid Indians and Steelers fan.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff and Darrell White, one daughter, Michelle; one grandson; and special friends, Laura McLaughlin, Carol and Goldie. A brother, Richard Denger of South Amherst and two sisters, Barbara Ann of California and Mary Jane of Florida also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Harry Roberts in 1995, one grandson, and a special friend, Charlie Morris.
Friends will be received at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio on Monday from 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria, Ohio.
